Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling and
sealing of stand-up pouches with regular and irregular shape and a
corner spout. Suitable for small stand-up bags. Integration of various
filling systems is possible (auger, weigher, volumetric dosing, liquid
and paste dosing units, etc.). Two bags are handled per machine cycle,
whereby a higher output will be achieved per minute. 2 dosing units
are needed and accordingly 2 charging hopper are mounted. The
possibility to upgrade the machine with two additional dosing units
and charging hoppers does exist, either to handle two different
materials or to split the filling process. The latter can increase the
production speed (e.g. relevant/important when processing viscous

The machine is suitable for variety of composite films. Eye marks must
be present on the B5317119 film. We gladly verify and confirm on
basis of sampling the compatibility of the respective composite
film.
That machine/system is available in different versions
for different packaging sizes and with different packaging
speeds.
