Features:
LSI stored electronic control:
Controls and optimizes functions such as automatic Vertical closing position,
delivery value and position display in the LED display and control pulses for
the AC servo motor.
AC servo motor for vertical movement:
The high delivery accuracy, smooth starting and delay-free standstill are
achieved by the AC servo motor. Here too, the LSI control ensures that all
values preselected using the rotary switch and automatically are delivered
precisely. This system enables delivery values of 0.001 mm.
Central control unit:
The control panel, with integrated position display and magnetization/
demagnetization device, is pivotally mounted and therefore independent of the
position of the control cabinet. All hydraulic controls for the machine control
are centrally located on the front and are therefore easy to use.
Stable, maintenance-friendly construction:
All machine parts are extremely stable and give the machine excellent
mechanical rigidity. All hydraulic components are installed in a maintenance-
friendly manner.
Hydraulic system and automatic lubrication:
The hydraulic oil tank is located in the machine bed. The oil is used both for
the hydraulic system and for forced lubrication of the guideways.
Hydraulic table feed:
The table feed can be continuously regulated in the range from 0.3 to 25 m/min.
Automatic cycles:
The automatic P41019061 Cycles can be called up manually. Both automatic Switching from
coarse to fine grinding as well as firing (0-5 strokes) are programmable. The
infeed dimension is variable in the range of 0.001-0.03 mm.
Automatic table cross feed:
The table transverse movement is delivered via a precision ball screw in
conjunction with a hydraulic oil motor. This enables fast, jerk-free and
precise delivery.
Table reversal:
The table movement is reversed via non-contact proximity switches, which are
installed in the carriage to avoid mechanical causes of errors.
Precision-mounted grinding spindle:
There are life-long lubricated precision double bearings at both ends of the
grinding spindle.
Smooth, vertical movement of the grinding spindle:
The grinding wheel is moved in the vertical direction via a ground lifting
spindle. This means the movement is smooth and precise.
