Set of three inseparable machines, consisting of:  1. thin-film encapsulation machine MÜHLBAUER SOL 700/OPV (Year 2020): The machine is used for the encapsulation of organic photovoltaic modules (OPV). The main aim of this step is to protect the modules from external influences and thus increase their resistance. The main stresses that can affect them are water, oxygen, light and temperature. The encapsulation step consists of laminating a barrier film on both sides of the module to plasticize the module. The barrier films are held in place by the automatic application of a UV-crosslinkable adhesive activated by UV lamps installed on the equipment. Including:  - The central machine  This comprises a transport table for the modules, two unwinders for removing the upper and lower barrier films, a laminating unit, a UV treatment unit and an output unit with module cutting  - A computer  This enables the machine to be controlled via the GUI. It can be connected to the operator side or the unwinder side  - A skid for the transfer of adhesive  This consists of 6 canisters (3 for the top and 3 for the bottom). They are connected to the nozzles on the central machine via hoses.   - One control cabinet     Technical data and performance: Corona station (PF5/PF6)  - Width of the Corona station 700 mm  - Generator power (adjustable) 0...1000 W at 0.5 m/min to 10 m/min   - Typical surface tension 45 mN/m )  ) depending on the material and ambient conditions     Technical properties and performance characteristics for adhesive application (PF7,PF8,PF9):  - Method of adhesive application Continuous adhesive application  - Width of the adhesive (depending on specification) 190 - 380 - 700 mm  - Step width of the coating width (mask width) ≤ 5 mm  - Maximum width of the coating 700 mm  - Adhesive thickness range 15-25 μm  - Viscosity of the adhesive 1 to 4 Pa (at 45 - 50 °C) (type: 10 Pa at 23 °C)  - Ambient temperature of the heatable slitting tool: 50 °C - The distance between the nozzle and the barrier film is adjusted for a better coating Quality of the coating:  Motoric deviation adjustable via the graphical user interface - Coating speed 0.5...10 m/min  - The temperature is controlled by sensors in the slitting die    - The effects of variations in the thickness of the barrier will affect the gap  The material-related characteristics and processes are the responsibility of the operator. INGECAL DEC195 thin film cutting/welding machine (Year 2023):  The equipment can be used to cut thin films from reels and weld elements to them. The initial use of the equipment was for cutting and functionalising organic photovoltaic (OPV) modules from jumbo OPVs using flexible connectors.  After cutting, the module can be set down and extended by soldering for the connection technology of the module.   The cutting and soldering machine consists of various units: - An unwinder for jumbo The OPV film inserter consists of an axis for the jumbo mandrel, a carriage for adjusting the web tension and a FIFE system for web guiding. The roll is positioned by centering it on the machine axis   - An inkjet marker   The print head of the 9450 Markem Imaje marker can occupy several positions: there is a sleeve on the inside of the reel and one on the outside. Printing is possible mechanically across the entire width. The positioning on y takes place automatically. - One cutting unit  The cut is made mechanically by feeding two rotating blades  The S41224454 module to be cut is held by a gripper. The parameters of the cut are the feed speed of the blades, the rotation speed, the overlap of the blades, the height of the blades, the angle of the blade position and the blades (angle, material, size, ...)  - One welding unit  With the Amada FD120 welding head, the extensions are welded by applying force and current to the modules after cutting  There is a fume extraction system and a cleaning unit for the electrodes  - Cameras from Cognex  The 2 Cognex cameras make it possible to view the test images on the modules and readjust the feed of the belts in case of displacements so that the module positions are correct for cutting and welding    3. electrical testing machine for photovoltaic modules MONDRAGON PMAX TESTER (Year 2020):  This machine consists of:  - A drawer that allows the solar modules to be tested to be inserted into the machine  - A set of clamps for electrical connections attached to controlled axes that enable their movement  - A controlled axis carrying control cells that allow the homogeneity of the lighting area to be measured - 6 modules, each with 6 powerful (and controllable) LED lamps mounted on the ceiling to simulate sunlight when testing the panels.    Electrical characterization of large modules (max. 4 m and expandable to 6 m)   The entire machines were dismantled and packed in boxes by a company specializing in this field WE HAVE THE DIMENSIONS AND QUANTITIES OF THE BOXES
