Automatic stop of the grinding screw in case of product absence, protecting the machine and preventing premature wear of the cutting unit. Electric cabinet integrated with the machine with internal ventilation reducing the risk of condensation. Operator panel with control buttons (start/stop, emergency stop) for easy operation.
