Horizontally cam driven, intermittent operating filling and sealing
machine, to fill and handle pre-made pouches (flat, stand-up) with
zipper. Suitable for middle-sized pre-made bags. Integration of
various filling systems is possible (auger, weigher, volumetric
dosing, liquid and paste dosing units, etc.). Two bags are handled per
machine cycle, whereby a higher output will be achieved per minute. 2
dosing units are needed and accordingly 2 charging hopper are mounted.
The possibility to upgrade the machine with two additional dosing
units and charging hoppers does exist, either to handle two different
materials or to split the filling process. The latter can increase the
production speed (e.g. relevant/important when processing viscous

The machine is suitable for variety of composite films. We gladly
verify and confirm on basis of B5317119 sampling the compatibility of
the respective composite film.
That machine/system is available
in different versions for different packaging sizes and with different
packaging speeds.
