Complete overhaul of the mechanical part of the machine was carried out (complete disassembly, regrinding of all guide surfaces, GO of the Duplomatic tool head, remanufacture of ball screws, replacement of spindle bearings, remanufacture of workpiece E4761673 clamping, remanufacture of tailstock, repair of hydraulics and pumps, repair of moving parts of the electrical system.
