Automatic machine for the production of concrete products on a concrete surface.
The machine is of Austrian origin, about 30 years old. Massive construction and very flexible. The distance between axis is 120 cm. It works on 380 V. The minimum fuse power is 25 A. The weight of the machine without the model is approx. 4 tons. The machine works through hydraulics and electromagnetic valves.
The machine was last overhauled in 2022.
The entire electrical system has been replaced so that the machine can now be operated automatically, semi-automatically or manually. It is set via the touch monitor. The program on the screen can be programmed in any language.
Some bearings and seals were also replaced, and the structure was also renewed.
The machine includes three sets of Knauer vibrators and hydraulic C41062964 tongs for palletizing or loading products. We also add two basic conkrete block moulds for concrete blocks 19 cm and 29 cm wide (and both 39 cm long and 19 cm high).
The buyer can test the machine with us. If necessary, we also teach the customer about the operation of the machine or we train him to handle it.
