The hydraulically controlled ram conveys the material automatically and depending on the load into the rotor. The intelligent ram system is controlled by a key switch on the control cabinet depending on the load. The internal ram guides are made of extremely abrasion-resistant plastic G41262647 (polyamide) and can be adjusted. The hydraulic cylinders are mounted on cardan joints to avoid lateral forces on the piston cups.

The patented V: rotor is made of solid steel and has a diameter of 368 mm. It operates at speeds of 60-100 rpm. The robust concave, quadruple rotating blades are mounted on special holders that are housed in small pockets. This unique system allows for a reduced cutting gap between the counter blade and the rotor, ensuring maximum throughput and lower power consumption.
