English: Tempa Small is a fully automatic, continuous, tempering machine to produce tempered chocolate. The Tempa Small has electrically heated chocolate tank with water-jacket, that is supplied with a well-dimensioned agitator with scrapers that keep the chocolate in constant motion. The chocolate tank is connected to a thermostatically controlled cooling unit. On top of the chocolate tank, a vibration sieve is mounted that percolates all the chocolate supplied to the machine.
