Fully reconditioned skidmounted Stephan UMM/SK 80 E Universal Machine
for the production of processed cheese, convenience products, vegan
spreads and confectionery. The bowl is equiped with a double jacket
for heating / cooling on the jacket including all valves, 3x direct
steam injection nozzles for direct injection of (culinair) steam
inside the product, temperature sensor inside the product, 2x cutting
blades, maximum working pressure in the bowl -1 / 1,5 bar (protected
with overpressure valve), maximum temperature in the bowl 127 °C,
vacuum connection on the bowl, dearation connection on the bowl,
infeed connection on the lid for a hopper (hopper itself excluded),
mounted on the lid a scraper agitator for the wall, electric driven
(0,55 kW - n1: 1.435 rpm - n2: 29 rpm), 3 manual tightening clamp,
pneumatic outfeed valve for the product, so not needed to tilt the
bowl for empyting, hydraulic system including pump for easy opening
the lid, vacuumpump, water valve with water flow meter, steam supply
street with steam trap, steam filter and steam valves. Main motor for
the cutting knife: 380 Volt - 50 Hz - 15 / 18,5 kW - 32 / 36 A - 1.450
/ 2.900 rpm. New H41253732 stainless steel control panel with Siemens
Simatic ET200SP CPU, Siemens KTP900 Basic touch screen and Hitachi S1
