Description:	Brewery STEINECKER AND HOLVRIEKA 60hl Brewhouse and 9x240hl CCT used machine Graft Brewery Steinecker 60 hl / brew, 5 brews / day The complete three vessel brewery (brew line) equipment made by Steinecker in year 1997, still installed and in a good condition. The brewing controls with instruments we completely modernized in 2020. This brew line can brew up to 5 brews/ day, grist throw max 120 kg / brew and worth gravity up to 18°Plato. The last brew was made in 2023 so everything is in good working order. This equipment forms a complete brewery (brew line) from malt feeding (from big bags) to wort cooler and 9 x 240 hl indoor type, vertical fermenters, adapted water/glycol chiller and steam boiler. The new brewing control system is based on UniLogic Studio software installed into a PC with colour screens for process schematics. PLCs are made by Unitrocic. UniLogic Studio is All-in-One software for PLC, HMI, I/O, VFDs, and Servo. It’s an ideal solution for non-programmers who need to work with PLCs, offering a user-friendly interface and intuitive tools that simplify PLC programming and configuration.
