Two fully automated special construction systems (2017/2019) are available. Production output: 3600/h, materials: all materials and geometries that can be plastically formed with rollers, operating hours: approx. 5000h-6000h. Components: Vibratory feeders as an integrated complete unit for round stainless steel sleeves with hopper, sorting bowl, drop chute and control units, Siemens control and display, Pilz safety and guard locking devices and Festo pneumatics. Intended use: The machines were built for the production of oval tubes from round tubes. The entire I492259 process with feeding, sorting, filtering, transport, bending and discharge is fully automated. Machine dimensions X/Y/Z: approx. 1500mm/1500mm/2200mm. Documentation available. On-site inspection is possible.
