The steam turbo set consists of the steam turbine and the directly coupled generator without a load gearbox. The steam turbine is used to drive a two-pole generator and to supply the extraction steam network.

Expansion area 1 is designed for a maximum live steam volume of 210 t/h at a condition of 91 bar and 480 °C and expansion area 2 for a steam volume of 140 t/h. A controlled extraction system can be used to extract a steam volume of 0 to 100 t/h at a pressure of 6.1 M41062978 bar.

The steam turbine set is located in an energy generation plant in central Germany.
