Description: |
Apple - pomace drying as a precursor to pectation
used machine
Apple - pomace drying as a preliminary stage
for pectin extraction Capacity: up to 1.5 tons of pomace per hour,
built in 1977 and 1992
Manufacturer: Kunz AG, Dintikon CH
Function
The apple damp pomace coming from the winery was
with a screw of transport into an open-top pomace conveyor system
diagonally upwards, and then then over a
further transport auger, D= 600 mm into the all-round
round drying chamber, D = 360 mm, L= 11,400 mm.
With a shovel welded on the inside in the drying chamber,
the still moist pomace stirs intensively with the hot air.
At the same time, a gas burner flame and the stove
the hot gases are blown into the drying chamber.
Length of burner and furnace together: 6,500 mm
The pomace waste dried and crushed in this way is discharged via
an ejection chamber located directly at the end of the drying chamber
with a transport screw into the standing main cyclone.
(L= 6,500 mm, D= 3,600 mm)
From the bottom of the cyclone tank, the
dried and still warm pomace in 2 external storage silos
that are so high that silo trucks drive underneath
can be used to load the dry pomace into the container or silo trucks
. to get
The drying air is extracted from above via a fan
Pipeline diameter 1,200 mm and discharged via roof.
Parts:
a.) A closed pomace transport auger,
approx. 8 m length, D= 600 mm
b.) A pomace conveyor system open at the top, width: 2,000 mm,
Length: 7,000 mm, transport upwards at an angle of 34°.
c.) A trough screw, D = 400 mm, to pour moist pomace into
to transport the drying drum
d.) 1 gas burner system with hot air production furnace
e.) 1 drying drum, outside with wheels for circular circulation
driven
f.) 1 discharge chamber with screw conveyor system into a vertical
Cyclone Tank
g.) 1 cyclone container with rotary valve and top center
attached the extraction opening with an air extraction duct.
h.) 1 hot air extraction fan from the cyclone over the roof
i.) 1 trough screw for filling the 2 outer pomace

Berghülen
Capacity: up to 1.5 to marc per hour, built in 1977 and 1992
Manufacturer: Kunz AG, Dintikon CH
Function
The apple moist marc coming from the apple pressing machines
with a transport screw into a marc transport system open above
transported diagonally upwards, then via a
further transport screw, D= 600 mm into the all-round running
round drying chamber, D = 360 mm, L= 11,400 mm.
With the inside welded shovel in the drying chamber, the
which still moist marc moves intensively with the hot air.
At the same time, a gas burner flame is used and over the furnace
the hot gases are blown into the drying chamber.
Length burner and oven together: 6,500 mm
The marc waste, which is dried and crushed at the same time, is
an ejection chamber located directly at the end B5155789 of the
drying chamber
with a transport screw introduced into the standing main cyclone.
(L= 6,500 mm, D= 3,600 mm)
From the bottom of the cyclone tank, the dried and still warm marc is
then conveyed from the bottom of the cyclone tank to 2 external
storage silos,
which are so high that silo vehicles can drive underneath to get the
dry waste
into the container or silo trucks.
The drying air is extracted from above via a fan, pipe diameter 1,200
mm
and dissipated via roof.
Parts:
a.) A closed marc transport screw,
approx. 8 m length, D= 600 mm
b.) An open marc transport system above,width:2,000 mm,
Length:7,000 mm, upward transport at an angle of 34 C°.
c.) A trough snail, D = 400 mm, to damp marc in
to transport the drying drum
d.) 1 gas burner plant with hot air production furnace
e.) 1 drying drum, outside with impellers for circulating
Driven
f.) 1 Discharge chamber with cheque-carrying algae in a standing
Cyclone Container
g.) 1 cyclone container with cell wheel lock and at the top center
the suction opening is attached with an air extraction channel.
h.) 1 hot air exhaust blower from the cyclone over roof
i.) 1 Trough screw for filling the 2 outside marc
