OMERA OPI 250 250 T hydraulic press was manufactured in 2000 in Italy by OMERA S.r.l.. The machine, with its extensive machining capabilities, is the perfect choice for the mass production of parts made of sheet metal and strips. The machining processes, i.e. precise stamping, bending and punching, are performed by a large-area slider operating at a force of 250 tonnes. The compact, rigid gantry design reduces deflection under full load, guaranteeing perfect operation of the machine throughout its entire service life. The design also allows the operation of advanced punches and dies. The OMERA OPI 250 NF/2 double column press is equipped with pressure pads and SICK light curtains, which automatically switch off the machine's power supply if the laser beam is interrupted.
