This BA 40.30 granulator was part of a cable recycling plant. These granulators were used by Tecnoecology and MG Recycling. With a rotor length of 400 mm and a diameter of 300 mm, the granulator can handle up to about 500 kg/hour of old cables. The granulator has its own control box with control panel and can therefore also be used standing alone. The granulator comes with several sieves and knife sets.

The machine was overhauled by the manufacturer ISVE in September 2020 and supplemented with an electronics for networking into a cable recycling line. A rotor cover for the optimized processing of old cables has also been added. Currently, the shredder has a 16 mm hole sieve but other hole diameters can also be added. With the 16 mm hole sieve, the shredder reaches about 250 kg/hour when processing mixing cables.

The JMC 407 is the top seller among our alligator scissors. It is cost-effective, has a sufficient knife length and enough power for most tasks in metal recycling. It is suitable for cutting many materials, such as profiles, pipelines, motors, transmission housings. The scissors are also frequently used for cleaning scrap metals or for cutting vehicle coolers. The machine has a control without electronics and a manually adjustable holder, which also acts as a protective hood. The scissors can be used by foot pedal in single or continuous operation. The opening width is adjustment via simple clamping screws.
