Material: Cr-Ni steel, WSt.No. 1.4301, DIN EN 10028-7
Interpretation:
The design and manufacture is carried out according to AD-Merkblatt
2000 and other applicable standards. The delivery takes place with
factory acceptance.
The containers were produced cylindrically standing with upper dished
bottom according to DIN 28011. The lower floor is designed as a
concentric cone floor with an interior angle of 70 °.
The removal:
The removal takes place via four strong tube feet, which are each
equipped with an adjusting screw and a solid base plate.
After adjusting the container in the empty state, the massive base
plate is anchored to the ground and welded circumferentially with a
tube pusher on the foot.
For additional stabilization, a compression strut is mounted in the
cone area per foot.
Processing:
All statically relevant welds are in the TIG or plasma tap
hole-process clean and penetrated from inside and outside, formed pipe
seams formed. All welds are gem. DIN EN ISO 5817 evaluation group
B.
Surfaces:
On the product side:
All product-side welds are clean, sheet-smooth and finely sanded.
Plastically deformed parts, e.g. Dished bottoms as well as the entire
cone bottom receive a clean construction grind up to a roughness depth
of Ra ? 0.6 ?m. Otherwise, the cold-rolled, smooth-rolled surface IIB
remains.
Outer surface:
The outer welds are given a clean cut strip finish, otherwise the cold
rolled, bright rolled surface remains. (IIB)
Other surface treatment:
The complete container is pickled and passivated.
Tempering:
For indirect tank cooling appropriate temperature control zones are
provided. These consist of profiled sheets, which are doubled over the
entire surface of the tank jacket sheet from the outside.
The profiling results in a given current flow. As cooling medium
glycol 3 ° C is provided. The static connection of the doubled sheet
to the inner shell is done by laser welding.
The headers and return flows per zone are led upwards out of the
cladding jacket inside the insulation and end with a welding end DN 32
or alternatively with a connection spigot to be defined.
Isolation:
The container receives all around a tightly welded stainless steel
insulating jacket. The subsoil is also insulated. The insulation
covering of the topsoil is provided in centric flat conical shape.
As insulation, a perlite bed is used.
Nozzles and connections:
In the subsoil:
1 conical dome lock DN 450, can be swiveled on the side, can be closed
with six hinged screws. The sealing is done aseptically by an
E41222986 O-ring.
Centric in the conical tip is a threaded DN 100, DIN 11851
attached.
In addition, a welding adapter for a pressure transducer is
integrated.
Sample valve:
From the lower cylindrical area to the operating height:
1 connection DN 20 for sample valve with TC connection
1 container label
In the cylindrical area:
Temperature measurement:
2 immersion sleeves approx. 200 long, protruding into the
container,
outside with connection thread for PT 100
Within the insulation, a cable conduit is guided downwards through the
insulation to the outside
In the topsoil:
Isolierdom:
Centric:
1 insulation connection collar
1 centrally welded block flange DN 600,
executed with studs for mounting the instrument panel
In the dashboard all connection sockets, which are desired, housed
CIP:
1 CIP supply line from the insulation collar to the bottom and in the
bottom area outwards CIP / air pipe DN 65, top with aseptic flange
connection DIN 11864-2
Drainage:
1 drainage pipe, DN 25 downwards from the insulation collar and
outwards in the floor area
2 lifting eyes
2 support consoles with pedestal
