Used Troester rubber extruder type GSV 60/k-12-18 D with feed roll can be modified/overhauled according to customer\s specification, with or without vacuum, year of construction: 1991 machine was in operation until end of 2010. including feed roll, new drive with flat-gear motor screw speed: maximum 62 rpm motor power: 22 kW PLC control and TCU can be renewed, if requested.

Gear ratio: = i1 16.5: 1 i2 = 26.4: 1 Maximum gearbox output torque: 45,000 nm Maximum permissible injection pressure: 350 bar without limitation through the extrusion head.
