The walls are made of double-layered, powder-coated sheet steel filled
with mineral wool, equipped with 6 mm float glass. They offer sound
insulation of approx. 25 dB at 1,000 Hz and are also partly equipped
with air vents for an air passage of 300 cubic metres/hour. The
surface is powder-coated.
The ceiling is a sheet steel cassette ceiling (distance DTR = approx.
1,018 mm) made of perforated cassettes, surface powder-coated, grid
625 x 625 mm, cassettes clamped, profile rails not visible. Heat and
sound insulation by 35 mm mineral wool, highly compacted, top side
aluminium-laminated. Underside with black trickle protection. Equipped
with flush-mounted cleanroom recessed luminaires (sheet steel cassette
ceiling) 18 W, grid 625 x 625 mm, type EBR418PS-ECG, with electronic
ballast and smooth prism cover on the room side, IP20. With
fluorescent tubes. The lamps are replaced from the cleanroom side.

Color:
Surfaces, jambs, door frames and door leaves powder-coated in RAL 9002
grey-white; Base plates RAL 7016 anthracite grey, disc clamping
profiles silver, coffered ceiling in RAL 9010 pure white.
The rooms are very well maintained and in an almost new condition.
The rooms have already been dismantled and only have to be picked up
by the buyer or a collection organized. Drawings, plans and
instructions for reconstruction can be provided.
The new price would currently be around 37,000 euros.
