This is a double pizza belt oven from the manufacturer Middleby Marschall type PS520E. PS Series continuous ovens bake faster and at lower temperatures than other ovens. Thanks to the patented "Jet Sweep Impingement" system, the hot air does not work with high temperatures, but the hot air hits the product vertically from above and below in a nozzle-like manner. The air penetrates the insulating veil of cold that surrounds the product. This technique speeds up the baking process without burning the product. All Middleby Marshall ovens are designed to produce a wide variety of products, such as pizza, fish, gratins, etc.
The device has been tested in our in-house specialist workshop and is fully functional. It can be examined and demonstrated here on site, but is sold without warranty.
