Description:	Volcanoring mini MATEC WOK used machine Volcanoring mini with WOK attachment The inventor and developer of the Volcanoring has been working with logs and their pyrolytic combustion for 40 years. By installing a log wood stove with heat exchanger in his house, he learned about the primary and secondary air ducting for optimal burning of wood with minimal smoke development and minimal ash accumulation. On this basis, Ari Schär developed the Volcanoring with comparable properties in wood burning. This grill draws the air via an adjustable hole system in the base area of the bowl. The incoming air is preheated downwards by the heat radiation before it reaches the fire. As a result, the wood burns at a temperature of around 1000°C and leaves very little ash with little smoke development when the burning temperature is reached. When firing, the smoke development is correspondingly greater than when the operating temperature is reached. Thanks to this burn-off, the grill plate is heated to about 250°C within about 20 minutes, which allows grilling to start quickly. The plate is hotter inside than at the edges, which is why it is easy to find the right temperature for the food being grilled. Vegetables, meat, fish, rösti, fried eggs with bacon, etc. are cooked in their own juice with the addition of a little oil or fat according to personal taste. The plate is slightly tilted inwards so that the excess fat or residues go into the fire. At the end of grilling, the surface, which was originally treated with olive oil, can be freed from the residues with a spatula, which in turn go into the central fire. If you want to enjoy an espresso after dinner, you can enjoy the Ital. espresso machine on the plate and thus saves the use of electricity or gas. A pan for boiling water or for other kitchen uses can also be heated on the Volcanoring. After grilling, the Volcanoring can be protected from rain with an aluminum lid so that nothing stands in the way of the next barbecue fun. The wok vegetables are now gently cooked with the same fire that is used to heat the grill surface. So you can grill at the bottom and cook at the top.
