The MAC BENDING 4-roll plate rolling machine for precision sheet metal machining is distinguished by its extremely stable construction and reliable components. All four rollers are driven by a reliable, high-torque system consisting of independent hydraulic motors and planetary gears. The drive, which is set on the same axis as the roller, ensures that all power is transferred to the plate without any loss of productivity and allows a material batch to be bent with fewer steps. The electronic PLC balancing system further prevents deviations in the position of the rolls relative to each other, ensuring parallel roll guidance.

The independent inclination of the bottom roller and the side rollers also makes the SBM 160X2100 plate rolling machine the ideal solution for precise rolling of cones. The side rollers are connected to the machine body by hydraulic pistons that move up and down in a straight line. All process parameters are programmed at the intuitive NC control, installed on a mobile operating panel. When the operator is not working, the machine enters sleep mode for a user-defined period of time. This function nullifies the machine's inactivity, while extending its life and saving energy.

The offered MAC BENDING 160 X 2100 plate rolling machine is also equipped with, among others, a safety system consisting of proximity sensors and an emergency stop cable. The total weight of the machine is 4000 kg.
