MAC BENDING PBM 60 tube and profile bending machine was manufactured by the Turkish company Mac Bending Dış Ticaret A.Ş. The machine is brand new, post-show and comes with a manufacturer's warranty.

The MAC BENDING hydraulic tube and profile bending machine is designed for machining tubes and profiles with high bending resistance, both vertically and horizontally. The machine is distinguished by the use of state-of-the-art solutions and reliable components, which ensure high-precision production for a long operating time. The rigid, high-quality steel body houses 2-axis guiding rollers and three separate rollers, driven by an electric motor and geared transmission. A special support device protects the upper roller from bending, preventing the material from sagging.

All process parameters are programmed from an intuitive NC control installed on a mobile operator panel. When the operator is not working, the machine enters sleep mode for a user-defined period of time. This function nullifies machine inactivity, while extending machine life and saving energy. The PBM 60 tube and profile bending machine is offered with an extensive range of equipment, including a variable pitch serpentine bending function, essential for heat exchanger production. The total weight of the machine is 1080 kg.
