Used mini CNC machine LPKF Protomat S63 for 2.5-dimensional material
processing mainly for PCB prototyping with dust extraction in very
good condition.
The ProtoMat S63 is a CNC mini milling/milling drill plotter for
2.5-dimensional material processing.
You can use a PC (not part of the scope of delivery) CNC-controlled
PCBs to mill insulation, drill and apply solder paste with the
integrated dispenser.
The integrated camera allows reference marks to be approached and
surface inspections to be carried out.
The system comes with Windows software that develops optimized
workflows from common CAD data.
Like all milling drill plotters of the ProtoMat series from LPKF, the
machine can be upgraded step by step to full equipment.
The machine can handle automatic tool changes of up to 15 tools.
The mounted milling drilling spindle has a speed of 60,000 rpm.
The machine has an automatic milling width adjustment, conical milling
cutters create different insulation channels depending on the
penetration depth. The automatic milling width adjustment ensures that
the path width remains constant.
In addition to structuring (drilling, milling) printed circuit boards,
the device is also suitable for depaneling, engraving plastics and
aluminum, milling solder paste stencils and much more.
Note: After registering as a new device owner with LPKF, LPKF will
provide you with support for the device and access to downloads from
LPKF.
