Overview This meat grinder for fresh and frozen meat, type: Laska WW 200-H was built in 2021 in Austria. It is a demo-machine with less working hours. The machine is equipped with column loader for 200l trolleys. Throat height: 750 mm Hopper capacity: 385 liters, geometry optimized for complete emptying, screw with high rotations for regular feeding of large pieces – hinged flap for removing the screw, Double sealing system on the drive shaft for better hygiene, Extendable step with protection for better access to the loading hopper, Automatic regulation of rotational speed for the feeding screw and working screw depending on the torque. Automatic stop of the grinding screw in case of product absence, protecting the machine and preventing premature wear of the cutting unit. Electric cabinet integrated with the machine with internal ventilation reducing the risk of condensation. Operator panel with control buttons (start/stop, emergency stop) for easy operation. Throat cover with safety sensor and lock.
