Our NIR test center Lambda TestCENTER PH M 5-2 is the ideal solution for laboratories and production plants that want to optimize the drying and crosslinking processes of paints, inks and coatings. The system is ideal for test runs and production controls, especially when starting up production processes.

Features:
• Efficient drying: Short-wave near-infrared radiation (NIR) penetrates deep into the coating and dries from the inside out. This prevents skin formation and allows drying in fractions of a second.
• Irradiated area: 85 x 80 mm
• Flexibility: The test center can be used to generate different intensities and synchronized drying processes.
• Process control: e.g. also by taking samples in production plants after painting to check layer thickness and gloss. This allows processes to be controlled much faster than if the L41062910 batch first passes through the oven.
• Compact dimensions: With the main dimensions of 38 x 64 x 20 cm, the device fits into any laboratory or production.
• Ease of use: Equipped with a small lambda controller to adjust power and cycle times, including display.

The device is as good as new and was only used for demonstrations.
