High efficiency machining
The new HA series has a redesigned casting structure. Furthermore it adopts improvements on the structure rigidity, including triple point support of the machine bed, double wall structure design in the column and high rigidity linear guide ways in three axis. Moreover, for machining efficiency, new HA series saves 10 to 30% non cutting time in three axis rapid traverse, pallet/tool changing and B-axis positioning.

Minimal floor space requirement
HA-400II/500II adopts a new splash guard design. Compared with the last generation it saves 15% of floor space and allows the clients to have more space available.

High Torque & power spindle
HA-400II/500II adopts a 12.000 rpm spindle with a motor output of 25/22 kW and maximum torque of 233 Nm. This spindle is suitable for machining materials of aluminum alloy and steel, widely applied in the industries G41132403 of automobile, hydraulic/pneumatic parts.

Machine Characteristics
Through the finite element analysis structure has a high rigidity and stability in high speed motion. The optimized rib distribution of robust T-shaped bed and column transfer and absorb vibrations during machining to get an excellent machining surface.
B-axis rotary table uses High precision positioning cones and a hydraulic locking device. Clamping force 17 tons.
