This is a MW52-120 automatic mixer grinder from the manufacturer Kolbe from 2020. This model is one of the larger mixing grinders, which is suitable for portioning. Thanks to its larger cutting set and auger dimensions, the grinder can effortlessly process larger cuts down to a temperature of -8°C. The MW52-120 is used wherever batch size requirements require a 120 litre hopper.
The device has been tested in our in-house specialist workshop and is fully functional.
