Steam peeler 900 liter by K&K (currently in TNA concern = Florigo ultra-pell SSC 3) with control cabinet and expansion tank.

Made of stainless steel except for the pear, which for technological reasons is not made of such steel.

Allows to achieve a capacity of up to 9 tons / h in processing carrots , parsnips. It is also suitable for steam peeling of other crops.

She worked in the manufacturers factory line (Florigo) with a capacity of 5 tons per hour, which allowed for very fast work cycles, the abandonment of buffer tanks and smooth operation of the line without unnecessary stops.
It was assembled after purchase, after inspection and replacement of the cable installation with new copper , ready to be used again.
It has not started working due E41161673 to the change of production profile after the generational succession.
I am selling it as a finished peeling line together with the feeding feeder.
