Hörger SKU 1500 Artificial Grass Cleaning Device
Artificial Grass Cleaner SKU for sand-filled or granule-filled artificial grass.

The artificial turf cleaner consists of a cleaning attachment in the front attachment and a tank-pump unit in the rear attachment.
The rear tank is divided into a fresh water and a dirty water area. The PTO-driven high-pressure pump sucks in the fresh water and transports it via hoses to the front of the front cleaning attachment.

Due to the large working brush diameter of 500 mm, the machine can be used for
three different working procedures are carried out.

1. Maintenance cleaning:
Depending on weather conditions, every 14 days to monthly;
Coarse dirt and dust that has settled in the meantime as well as pole abrasion are removed.

2. Intensive cleansing with loosening:
About every 3 months;
Coarse dirt is removed, fine particles consisting of dust, plant residues and abrasive material
is filtered out, the backfill material is loosened,
elasticity and drainage action are maintained.

3. Reactivation of an area that has not been treated for several years:
The hardenings are broken up,
Most of the backfill material is absorbed, loosened, returned and largely K41127004 incorporated. Coarse dirt is removed, fine particles that are responsible for the hardening are filtered out.
The hardened infill material starts to move again, the infilled artificial turf becomes loose and elastic again,
the risk of accidents is reduced, the drainage effect is restored.
