Stable, heavy welded construction made of
thick-walled rectangular hollow
profiles
with additional,
statically calculated stiffeners for optimal
vibration
damping.
Offset sanding units with large-dimensioned
belt
drive drums for slip-free belt running. Two-point extraction for
direct
and airborne dust extraction with integrated blow-off
device. Sanding units
in heavy steel plate construction as the
basis for vibration-damped,
smooth belt running. All guides as
ball linear sets on hardened and
ground shafts. Long-lasting
precision thanks to dust and dirt protection
of the ball linear
sets. Contact roller and sanding shoe in a balanced ratio
to the
sanding belt grain load. The large drive drums guarantee the full
transfer of the 5.5 kW drive power of the grinding motors to the
grinding belt.
This enables the greatest possible chip removal.
Automatic machine stop
triggered if the belt breaks. Visual
display on the control panel. Sanding shoe
for finishing made of
special material with optimal heat dissipation and
additional
sliding coating. Easy handling when changing the coating. Sanding
belt tension via appropriately dimensioned compression springs.

column table guide guarantees absolute parallel adjustment. The
flight circle
adjustment to the outfeed table is achieved by
adjusting the height of the
lower grinding unit via a precise
threaded spindle and scale display
(resolution 0.1
mm).
Clear, user-friendly arrangement of all electrical
functional, operating and
display elements on the front of the
machine: grinding unit below, grinding
unit above, workpiece
transport device, grinding thickness adjustment, brushing
device
above/below, belt utilization, operating display, fault display. All
motors are electrically protected against
overload.
