Very neat machine from small business in excellent condition. Touch-screen interface with PLC control for easy operation of the machine, 12 operating programs can be saved. Edge thickness roll approx. 0.4 - 3mm Workpiece height approx. 8 - 53mm Feed rate approx. 10m/min Noise protection hood Extendable workpiece support, optional equipment extendable by 950mm Suction connection 80 +140mm Aggregates: Quick-change basin with glue outlet, there are two glue basins available, both of which are included in the scope of delivery (1 basin was used for EVA glue and one for PU glue), the PU glue basin is practically as good as new, was purchased only for one order. All inserts of the milling units and the scraping blades were renewed or turned, T41111082 saws were sharpened. This means that the machine is ready for immediate use. Only the slide cutters (Whispercut) have not been renewed, but are still sharp. Damage to the paintwork repaired. The Hebrock AKV series is the predecessor of the current K series. Machine has only about 730 operating hours (glue basin switched on), but the frequency converters were only on about 455 hours of operation. Machine is in very good condition, see original photos. Dimensions of the machine approx. 5000 x 1400 x 1550mm (LxWxH) Weight approx. 1550kg. The machine can be demonstrated by appointment at our site.
