Fluidized Bed Powder Coating Booth

The powder is fluidized in the fluidized bed vessel when the part is preheated and positioned over the fluidized bed container. The lifting system lifts the fluidized bed tank and the part is coated. After the coating process is completed, the fluidized bed is lowered again and an air blowing system blows off the excess powder on the part. The process can be carried out fully automatically.

The cab's system is designed for powder coating with powder recovery and consists of a powder chamber for powder application, a monocyclone and a post-filter for extracting powder residues
