For sale is a SOMIC KA 25-2 crate erector for 10 and 20 mm bolt circle crates Ø 55 mm bolt circle, finished crates lxwxh approx. 374x148x36 mm. Output approx. up to 28 single crates or 14 double crates per min. The gluing for the double tray is variably adjustable and can be selected among 2 different preset glue tracks that can be adjusted on the control panel (strong or weak gluing). In 2023, a fully automatic central lubrication system with Siemens logo control was fitted to the rise erector and 2 pieces of additional dampers were installed in the 2nd station to make the system quieter in terms of the folding process. A Nordson Problue is installed. The system can be overhauled and the protective panes, which are partly blind, should be replaced due to the use of the wrong glue cleaner.
