Used Erweka (DE) multi-task lab size set with drive AR400. Unit is driven by el motor 0.5 kW, 3000 rpm, 220 V, 50 Hz. Output rotation adjustable in range from 0-400 rpm.
As a set there are included:
- planetary mixer type PRS with agitators - frame, wall scrapper, hack type, whisk type. Including electrically heated mixing pan type DER. El heater power 500 W. Total volume of mixing pan about 6,5 l.
- single piston homogeniser type HO with stainless steel electrically heated product hopper with volume about 2.8 l. Additional stainless steel hopper with volume about 3 l, and bypass stainless steel P4931183 pipe. Output up to 30 kg/h.
- Stainless steel vertical jacketed mixing tank type SG3W with belt driven 3 level paddle agitator. Bottom discharge. Total volume about 5 l.
All devices last time had been working in cosmetic industry.
