Description:

The machine is equipped with two ASA 8″ turning spindles (individually cooled by refrigeration system - included), both with 315mm three-jaw hydraulic chucks.

  • Bar passage 95mm, 3200 RPM with 'C' axis and hydraulic brake,
  • 54Kw maximum power primary spindle and 25Kw maximum power counter spindle.

Distance between spindles 1,500mm (1,100mm with chucks), turning diameter 520mm to 700mm.

Machine with self-centring main spindle and counter spindle.

Milling head served by cam tool changer with 48 positions:
  • Three-axis movement, with fourth radial axis 210° (+/- 105°), indexing every 5° and indexing holding moment 3500 Nm.
  • Tool holder type CAPTO C5
  • Torque 100 to 128 Nm
  • Head power 21.5 kW
  • Rotational speed up to S41024454 7000 RPM ,
  • Tool change time approx. 5 seconds
