This MULTUS U3000 is a multitasking machine with automatic tool changer and sub-spindle.
This 10-inch forage class machine has a wide range of machining features and is the embodiment of power, speed, and process flexibility.
With this machine, you can do the job in one setup and with free tools in the ATC.
The D4915974 MULTUS U3000 has a B-axis range of 240° with a 12,000 rpm H1 milling spindle with dual function (L/M).
The H1 dual-function spindle head uses CAPTO C6 tools and has a high-performance 25kW milling motor spindle. The H1 turret features a 0.001 degree B-axis provided by a Y-axis feed with a moving column, allowing for high-performance Y-axis machining over a range of 250mm.
Both the left and right spindles are equipped with a fully contoured C-axis.
Thanks to the OSP-P300 controller, familiar programming methods from the lathe and machining center disciplines can be easily combined, so that advanced functions such as the "Collision Avoidance System" are standard.
