Purpose of Use:
Regular slicing of fresh or boiled mushrooms

Regular Feeding Hopper: Provides mushroom feeding.
Feeding Conveyor: 3 channels in V form, transfer mushrooms to the cutting head.
Cutting Head: Specially designed blades rotate in opposite directions. There are 2 cutting heads, 3MM and 5MM.
Out of Size (Crumb) E41261673 Screening Vibrator: Eliminates broken pieces and foreign materials in the cut mushrooms.

All components are made of quality stainless steel.
