DMG MORI CLX 450 V1 CNC turning center was built in 2012. This extremely efficient machine, created for precision machining of workpieces with a maximum diameter of 400 mm, features high-quality components in the form of a powerful spindle and cutting tools. Inside the large work area, there is also a 12-position turret, as well as a specially designed inclined bed that effectively dampens any vibrations and oscillations generated during machining. This solution results in, among others, a better quality of the machined surface or an increased service life of the cutting tools.

The DMG MORI CNC lathe is offered with a wide range of equipment, including, among others, a C axis, an ergonomic control panel with an installed SIEMENS CNC controller and the innovative DMG MORI IoTconnector, used to connect machines into a single network via open protocols. To this date, the machine has worked a total of 9049 hours. The total weight of the machine is 5900 kg.
