Used vertical stainless steel reactor by Diesel (DE) with total volume 1734 l. Tank is rated for work on pressure range from 3.2 bar to vacuum. Temperature range up to 150 C. Reactor has heating coil on the side walls. Volume 33 l. Coil is rated for work on pressure up to 3 bar and temperature up to 110 C. Top bolted, equipped with frame agitator driven by gearbox and el motor 2.2/1.5 kW, 1400/700 rpm, 380 V, 50 hz. There are also two P41231183 static baffles bolted to the top. Central bottom discharge. Bottom has conical shape. Side walls are insulated and layered with stainless steel. Mounted on 3 legs.
