SERAC GAIA filling and closing line for drinking vials, suitable for
both liquids and powder ('Vitashots B12'). Comprises two connected
filling machines, as follows:
1) GAIA R1V1/520 liquid filling machine with 800mm diameter rotary
infeed table, Flexicon PD12L peristaltic filling pump (3 filling
heads, filling range 0.2ml to 250ml), and 2 capping stations with
vibrating bowl feeders for bung inserts. The cap currently run is a
hollow bung, into which powder is dosed on the next machine, and
pushed through the bung into the liquid using a pusher
2) GAIA RP1E1E1/520 powder filling and capping machine, with ENLFEX
DS-80 auger filler, hopper and feeder inserter for small plunger (to
press the dosed H5315523 powder into the liquid), and cap hopper,
feeder and press capper for the overcap.
16 station star wheels, with formats for vial diameter approx. 21.3mm
and approx. 37.4mm highsingle electrical cabinet with OMRON PLC and
servo drives. Footprint approx. 6148 x 1362mm. Never used in
production, condition as new.
