WDAS used machine Asecos Type 90 Safety Cabinet The safety cabinets of the S-LINE from asecos are proven all-round devices in any laboratory area. Decades of development and optimisation work have made the cabinets technically sophisticated companions in everyday work. The Type 90 devices are GS-tested and ensure the unrestricted storage of flammable hazardous substances in work areas in accordance with DIN EN 14470-1 and TRGS 510 with a fire resistance of 90 minutes. In this way, the security taverns help you to create a safe working environment for your employees and thus also for the best work results. The S-CLASSIC 90 line offers robust hinged doors that require the least amount of effort to operate. The doors are securely and reliably locked with profile cylinders and can also be integrated into an existing locking system on site. The integrated door hold-open system enables safe storage and retrieval of containers with two hands, which increases safety in everyday work. Adjustment devices built into the cabinet base ensure safe and fast compensation of small floor unevenness up to a maximum of ten millimeters. The height-adjustable shelves in various designs offer a load capacity of 75 kilograms with a 30 millimetre high safety upstand. All cabinets are equipped as standard with a DIBt-approved plastic drip tray and an integrated ventilation system for connection (NW 75) to a technical exhaust air. The type-tested drip tray (TÜV/StawaR) can also be used as a storage level in conjunction with a perforated sheet. The sturdy outer body made of powder-coated sheet fine steel, the triple door suspension, the complete locking mechanism and safety elements are mounted outside the storage room to protect against corrosion.
