Vertical packing machine, specially designed to produce stand-up bag with rectangular base and Quad-Seal (four sealed sides). PLC controller with touch screen monitor. Intelligent digital temperature modules insure very strong seal. Photo sensor to track print marks. Quick change bag former unit, servomotor sealing unit, servomotor film transport. - Specifications: bag sizes: H(60-350)xL(75-160)xW(40-65)mm | sealing width (S): 3-6mm (to be added to bag size) | film width = (2xL)+(2xW)+(8xS) = 280-520mm | max. speed of the machine in neutral: 50 cycles/minute | stainless steel version | 220V/5.0kW | 6bar, 0,3m?/min | machine dimensions: L1260xW1600xH2080mm | weight: 800/900kg.
