The set consists of:
1. labeling head AGJ 1100 120 250,

- working width of the label - up to 120mm,
- diameter of unwinder roll - 250mm,
- stepper motor drive,
- memory - up to 24 labeling programs,
- control panel with 2-row liquid crystal display, 7 parameters including speed, label position, label ejection, etc.
- Standard label sensor for opaque labels,
- label dispensing accuracy on applicator sword +/- 1 mm,
- sticking accuracy +/- 2mm,
- accuracy depends on the accuracy of feeding the package on the conveyor and the repeatability of product labeling.
Products are fed to the feeder manually by the operator, after E41161673 which they are separated one by one and travel to the conveyor belt. Adjustable width for feeding packages of different sizes. Transparent and other plastic bags without additional strings pass through the feeder. Plastic bags with strings and full products are fed onto the conveyor with spacing manually without using the feeder.
