Professional automatic packaging system from a renowned European manufacturer consisting of two components, each with separate controls. The machines can therefore be operated together or individually. Suitable, for example, for packaging foodstuffs, technical articles, printing and paper products, household goods, toys and textiles.

Automatic angle welder Smipack FP 560 A:
-Automatic welding frame movement.
-Automatic residual foil winding.
-Automatic product ejection through the outfeed conveyor.
-Start the process manually via hand button or foot switch. Alternatively, automatic process start is possible by entering a time interval on the display.
-Conveyor belt infinitely adjustable in height via hand crank.
-Welded frame approx. 580 x 420 mm.
-Welded frame movement electromotive.
-Water-cooled welding unit (closed system).
-Maximum film roll diameter 300 mm.
-Maximum film width approx. 600 mm.
-Perforation possible via 2 adjustable needle rings.
-Roller bracket can be moved separately.
-Product tray separately adjustable.
-The machine can be pushed or fixed by means of lockable castors.
Special Options/ Special Features:
-Support for the products to be packaged made of stainless steel, so the machine is also suitable for foodstuffs.
-Second foil roll holder.

Shrink tunnel Smipack T 450:
-Tunnel opening approx. 450 x 250 mm.
-Temperature P4540912 adjustable from 85 to 200°.
-Transport speed adjustable from 2.8 to 9.4 m/min.
-4 deflection units on the tunnel allow the hot air flows to be adjusted separately at the top and bottom.
-The machine can be pushed or fixed by means of lockable castors.

Dimensions of the entire system including roller conveyor approximately:
Length 3.4 m x Width 0.9 m.

Multilingual documentation on CD with operating instructions, spare parts lists and circuit diagrams are included.

The system has been used very little and can be demonstrated under electricity.
